Pulseless High Pressure Plunger Metering Pump

As the pulseless high pressure metering pump of YMP model has no pulse, no pulse reduction device such as damper is required and accurate flow

control is available with high flow accuracy and rapid responsibility even under high pressure.

Because the pump heads are non-metallic, they are used in semiconductor cleaning process.

Features

  • Precision quantitative pump with 3 head
  • Using a special constant velocity cam that is calibrated, the sum of the quantities emitted from the three plunger is constant.
  • By applying mechanical plunger return device so that the cam and bearing are always in contact with each other without any gap, so that the cam moves smoothly and accurately.
  • No vibration or noise in piping as fluid is discharged without pulsation. And there is very little variation in flow rate.
  • All parts are made with a machining center and CNC to reduce assembly errors.
  • Reproducibility is high with 99.8% so it can be used in high-precision injection
  • Fast response and precise flow control are provided by inverter and servo control.
