SDP Series is SDBNI’s phosphate-based and Food ingredient-Based Preservative system designed for two main applications: (1) bakery doughs/breads that require longer freshness without hurting yeast activity, and (2) noodles/pasta products that need pH buffering and antimicrobial stability based on MIC/clear-zone data. It is an alternative to propionate-type preservatives for customers who want cleaner positioning but still need technical, data-backed protection.

 - SDP SA-020 (Bakery Focused)

  : 0.3–0.7% (baker’s %) at final proof; minimizes impact on yeast; maintains original bread flavor; phosphate-containing; very hygroscopic → store sealed.

 - SDP SL-040 / SL-041 (Noodle Focused)

  : sodium polyphosphate-based (SL-041: citric acid + GDL hybrid); strong pH buffering; MIC/clear-zone antimicrobial stability; odorless profile (SL-041); 0.3–0.5% on flour or 3% dipping solution.
