SDP Series is SDBNI’s phosphate-based and Food ingredient-Based Preservative system designed for two main applications: (1) bakery doughs/breads that require longer freshness without hurting yeast activity, and (2) noodles/pasta products that need pH buffering and antimicrobial stability based on MIC/clear-zone data.
