The Shelf life is 2 years from the date of Manufacture, making it exceptionally long-lasting and very easy to store.
It contains powdered soup, allowing for quick and easy preparation in just 3 to 4 minutes, similar to instant noodles.

Kalguksu Recipe (Serves 2)
📦 Ingredients
Kalguksu noodles: 250g
Water: 5 cups
Dried anchovies, kelp (for broth)
Carrot: 1/3
Onion: 1/3
Zucchini: 1/3
Chives: a handful
Green onion: 1/3 stalk
Soy sauce: 1.5 tablespoons
Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1/3 to 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper: a pinch
Instructions
Making the Broth
Add 5 cups of water to a pot along with the anchovies and kelp, and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, remove the kelp after 3~4 minutes.
Continue boiling the anchovies for about 15~20 minutes to complete the broth.
Prepare Ingredients
Cut the carrot, onion, zucchini, green onion, and chives into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare Noodles
Rinse the knife-cut noodles in cold water to lightly remove the starch coating.
Boil
Add the noodles, carrots, onions, and zucchini to the broth and bring to a boil.
Season with soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Finishing
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the chives and green onions and boil for about 30 seconds more to finish!
