📋 Standard Conditions

1. When mixing at the batching plant, follow the mix design specifications, considering strength and slump. Evaluate compatibility if other admixtures are used.

2. For on-site mixing, verify target performance in advance, and review water reduction or mix design if needed.

🔢 Mix Design Considerations

1. Follow the construction specifications for target compressive strength and water-cement ratio.

2. As Remitas Plus may increase slump, it is recommended to conduct on-site testing and adjust mix proportions accordingly.

🏗️ How to Use

1. When the ready-mixed concrete truck arrives at the site, pour the specified amount of Remitas Plus directly into the drum.

2. Standard dosage for all general and water-pressure zones:

   • 1 container (10 kg) per 6㎥ of ready-mixed concrete

   • For batching plant mixing, refer to the customized mix design.

3. After addition, rotate the drum at high speed for at least 3 minutes before placement.

🌡️ Reaction & Curing

1. Avoid exposure to vibration or shock during the initial setting period.

2. If rapid drying due to sunlight, wind, or high temperatures is expected, apply water spray, sheets, or curing compounds.

3. In freezing temperatures, apply insulation or cover the concrete to prevent freezing.

4. In enclosed areas with high humidity, provide ventilation, air circulation, or dehumidification to prevent condensation.

⚠️ Precautions

1. Wear protective goggles, gloves, and clothing to ensure personal safety.

2. Avoid application under the following conditions:

   • Temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C

   • Rain, snow, strong winds, or rapid drying conditions

3. If layer separation is observed before use, shake thoroughly before applying.
