INSTRUCTION FOR USE

• 1. Make sure that package and contents are intact and check the expiration date.
  
• 2. Turn the cap to open the product.
• 3. Seat the needle firmly on the syringe, or other male fitting, with a push and a clockwise twist.
  
• 4. Carefully remove the needle cover straight off of the needle to avoid damaging the needle point.
  
• 5. Be careful when removing and disposing needle, to prevent accidental needle stick injury and passing infection.
  
• 6. Do not put the needle cover back on the needle.
  
• 7. Use once and disard immediately in accordance with local safety standards.

Warning

• 1. User should be fully aware of instruction for use and caution and cope with the latent danger concerned with use.
  
• 2. Use immediately after opening unit package. After use, dispose of properly and safely to eliminate risk of infection.

• 1. For single use only. Do not reuse.
  
• 2. Do not use if package or product has been damaged or contaminated.
  
• 3. Do not use if the expiration date has passed.
  
• 4. Do not use if the needle looks damaged or bent.
  
• 5. Do not touch the needle or let it touch any surfaces.
  
• 6. Do not store at extreme temperature and humidity. Avoid direct sunlight.
  
• 7. Keep away from getting wet.
