Advanced Technology Safeguards Soldiers' Lives!
Successful development of enhanced military ambulance in collaboration with Kia Motor.
The previous military ambulance was based on the cargo transport 5/4-ton truck (K-311) platform,
with a rear compartment added for medical evacuation, resulting in a high center of gravity.
In contrast, the newly developed enhanced ambulance adopts a low-center-of-gravity design based on
a light tactical vehicle, significantly improving mobility and stability.
Autech's light tactical military ambulance is equipped with both positive and negative pressure systems,
allowing for safer and more secure transport of patients with infectious diseases,
while also preventing the spread of infection.
The system also blocks the inflow of contaminated outside air, enabling patient protection even in CBRN
(Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) threat environments.
In addition, the vehicle is outfitted with an independent power generation system, allowing medical equipment
and climate control systems to operate for over two hours even without an external power source.
