At KESYLANG, we create sustainable bags and accessories inspired by Korean aesthetics. Our products are crafted with inspiration from the decorative hardware ('jangseok') of Joseon Dynasty furniture and traditional patterns, reinterpreting them in a contemporary style.

Our card wallet series made from traditional Korean hanji paper is available online and in-store at the National Museum of Korea, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Deoksugung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, and Craft Garden.

Peony and Birds Card Wallet

Peonies are flowers of prosperity and growth, widely used as symbols of wealth and glory. Paired with birds, they represent happiness and beauty. The peony and bird pattern has been reinterpreted with a contemporary twist on hanji leather.

Hanji (traditional Korean paper) Leather

This fabric is made by bonding cotton, rayon, and other materials to hanji paper crafted from mulberry bark. It features a special coating that gives the paper water resistance and breathability. It maintains 99.9% natural antibacterial properties and is a non-toxic, plant-based leather. A special process is applied to make it more durable and create a wrinkled, leather-like texture.

Patterns are laser-engraved onto hanji leather, ensuring they won't peel off even with prolonged use. Thanks to their water- and scratch-resistant properties, our products offer excellent durability and user experience.
