From star to finish, all our Kimchi Products are  100% handmade under HACCP-pproved conditins, using only the finest local produce including Korean cabbages, radishes and other natural ingredients to maintain high quality.

Our Cabbage Kimchi is not salty or spicy, but is crisp and fresh since the ingredients are preserved in low-salt brine.

We use varieties of fresh fruits and natural bonito stock for the extra savory taste.
