 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our MOQ for electric bidets is 44units(1Pallets) per model.

 Accessories Included: Installation accessories such as T-shaped connectors and tubing hoses are included with your order.

 Payment Options: We accept payment via Irrevocable L/C at sight or Wire Transfer in favor of Intertec Co., Ltd.

 Sample Costs: Please note that samples are available at your cost. The initial sample price includes the quoted price, MOQ unit price, and a $70.00 EMS shipping fee. This fee will be refunded upon a regular transaction.

 Bidet Sizes: Our bidets come in two sizes: Elongated type (537mm) and Round type (504mm). Please confirm your desired size before placing an order.

 Lead Times: Lead times vary based on order quantity, but an initial FCL order (440 units/20' container) may be shipped within 35~45 days after payment confirmation.

 Custom Branding: For customized branding, we require a minimum order of 1000 units(22Pallets)/40HQ' container and will adapt five elements for your brand: instruction manual, key membrane, carton box, rating label, and warning label. Multiple language options, including        English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and Russian, are available.
