BONDEX REGATTA is a high-gloss yacht varnish for treatment of wooden boats (out- and inboard) - above the waterline. Glossy, solid, hard-wearing, and waterproof. Resistance to impacts from sea water, sun, and wind. Resistant to common cleaning agents.

Where to use

Exterior and interior on boats above the waterline, when a glossy, solid, and waterproof surface is required. Also suitable for indoor use on e.g., skirting boards, panels, railings etc.

Odor

Strong. Odorless after drying.

Coverage

App. 10-14 m²/L, depending on the substrate.

Drying time

-Touch dry: 2 hours

-Recoatable: 6 hours

-Fully cured: app. 48 hours (measured at 23°C and normal humidity 60%).

Deviations may occur depending on temperature, humidity, and layer thickness.

On some tropical wood species, certain wood extractives can prolong the drying time. We recommend that you test the drying on a small area and / or wash with cellulose thinner before treatment.

Shelf Life

5 years in unopened container. Limited shelf life after opening.

Storage

Store and transport frost free in tightly closed container. Store in a dry and cool area away from direct sunlight.
