Solvent based, translucent, alkyd-based wood stain for all types of wood. BONDEX MATT is a weather- ad water-resistant product. It penetrates into the pores of the wood and offers high protection against UV-degradation. BONDEX MATT protects the surface against blue stain and mold. Contains the unique Long Effect technology, which means that the active, protective agents are encapsulated and only released, when necessary - e.g. during rainy or damp weather. The Long Effect technology ensures that the active agents will be released over a longer period of time and thereby the protection of the wood is extended significantly.

Product type

Where to use

For treatment and maintenance of all exterior woodwork and planed timber. Especially recommended for cladding, roof soffits, fences, pergolas, and carports.

Drying time

-Touch dry: app. 6 hours

-Recoatable: app. 16 hours (measured at 23°C and normal humidity 50%)

Drying time varies according to temperature, ambient humidity, substrate, quantity applied, and quality of products used for cleaning, and ventilation.

Shelf Life

5 years in unopened container. Limited shelf life after opening.

Storage

Store and transport frost free in tightly closed container. Store in a dry and cool area away from direct sunlight.
