What is Super Deck?

Super Deck is a construction method that replaces traditional formwork and temporary supports in slab work.
It consists of a truss girder assembled using high-yield deformed
wire and integrated onto a 0.5mm thick galvanized steel sheet through electric resistance welding.
Manufactured through a fully automated factory process, it minimizes on-site labor by simplifying formwork and reinforcement installation.

Moreover, it eliminates the need for dismantling formwork, allowing for immediate progression to the next construction phase.
This method significantly contributes to shorter construction timelines, reduced labor costs, and improved quality.

A Type – Removable Deck

The Super Deck A Type – Removable Deck is an exclusive innovation developed by IREM.
It is designed to allow the removal of the bottom steel plate after concrete curing,
making it highly effective in addressing post-construction repair issues.
The flat concrete underside provides a significantly higher-quality finish compared to competing products.
Furthermore, it can reduce concrete usage by approximately 3% compared to conventional embossed removable decks.

N Type – Integrated Deck

The Super Deck N Type – Integrated Deck is Korea's first fully integrated deck system.
With minimal on-site labor, it replaces the need for traditional formwork and rebar placement.
Its concealed welding points and continuous joint design ensure a seamless appearance after installation.
The deck’s excellent rigidity also makes it a cost-effective structural solution.

W Type – Wide Integrated Deck

The Super Deck W Type – Wide Integrated Deck is the industry’s first wide-format deck, with a width of 750mm.
This widened design significantly improves installation efficiency, offering the most economical solution in its class.
