UT2255 FOR FLAME LAMINATION FOAM
Introduction
UT2255 is a specially designed polyol for the flame lamination flexible slabstock foams which
are used for automotive seat cover, cloth, bag, head gear and glof bag etc. .
Advantages and Properties
The foam can be easily produced by the one-shot process and it prevents the foam from
scorching in the foaming process and has excellent adhesiveness with fabrics and textiles.

Storage
UT2255 is hygroscopic and absorption of moisture would affect polyol reactivity and physical properties of the resulting polymer. The material should be stored in sealed containers and in dry conditions, away from direct sources of heat. The recommended storage temperature is between 20 ~ 35°C.
Handling Precautions
UT2255 has a very low order of acute toxicity and does not present a significant health hazard to users. Normal standards of industrial hygiene should however be observed when handling this chemical. Suitable protective clothing and eye protection must be worn to avoid unnecessary contacts and accidental ingestion. In case of eye contact, seek medical attention.
Fire & Explosion Hazards
UT2255 is not readily ignited, but like most organic materials, it will burn when involved in a fire.
