Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Before shipment: Cancellable anytime.
• After shipment: Cancellable until delivery completion (customer is responsible for delivery and installation fees).

Reasons for Refund/Return

• Change of mind: If the product differs from what was advertised or agreed upon in the contract.
• Product defect: If the product has manufacturing defects.

Restrictions on Refund/Return

• After 7 days of product receipt: Returns not accepted beyond 7 days from delivery.
• If packaging is opened: Returns not accepted if the product is opened or damaged due to customer’s fault.
• Decreased product value: Returns not accepted if the product value is significantly reduced due to use or consumption.
• Time-sensitive value decrease: Returns not accepted if the product value has decreased over time to the extent it is difficult to resell or exchange.
• If packaging of duplicable goods is damaged: Returns not accepted if the packaging of duplicable products is opened.

Refund/Return Procedure

• Request refund/return via official website or point of purchase.
• Return all components including the product, accessories, gifts, and packaging in original condition.
• Refund process will begin within 3 business days upon receiving the returned product.
