Product Description
A cheongju brewed with rice grown in Cheongju-si and traditional mung bean nuruk (Hyangon-gok) made in-house. It is completed without any artificial additives, fermented with seolgi (steamed rice cake) as the base mash, and aged at low temperatures for over 100 days.
Taste and Aroma
Based on the deep aroma of well-aged nuruk, its distinctive scent reminiscent of pear blossoms, buckwheat flowers, and young apples is charming. The first taste begins with a subtle sweetness and acidity, spreading a rich flavor throughout the mouth, with a clean and smooth finish perfected through long low-temperature aging. It boasts a balanced flavor profile where sweetness, sourness, and bitterness harmonize without any single note overwhelming the others.
Recommended Pairings
