The MyungJi Tech Abrasion Tester is a tear testing instrument for determination of

a polymer's resistance to frictional loss, using a rotating or fixed specimen in accordance with global standards.

The test is made on materials which are worn away or abrade for instance tires, belts and soles.

Frictional loss is calculated by comparing the sample weight before and after testing.

Since wear is always a result of abrasion, MyungJi Tech developed various test methods abrasion tester

for the simulation of long term wear.
