Cooking Instructions
[Preparations] 300 g Tteokguk rice cake, 200ml or 1 paper cups water.
① Wash 300g of tteokguk tteok in cold water.
② Prepare the broth. [Broth: Beef broth, beef bone soup, kelp soup, etc.]
③ Bring stock to a boil in a saucepan 900 cc (5 cups paper cups)
④ Add minced garlic, chopped green onions, eggs, salt, and pepper to the boiling stock and boil for 3 to 4 minutes to complete.
