It is dried and made with pesticide-free Bujiggaengi, in spring sunlight, to give you a mild and soft texture.

Bujiggaengi is known to be much more delicious than Myeonginamul. Made with young leaves but it is a strong namul with a lot of vitamins, calcium, and fiber.
