FAQ
Q. Does 'Luminous' mean fluorescene?
A. No. Our chalk is NOT fluorescence BUT much brighter and noticeable than other chalk.
Q. Should I peel off when using the coated part?
A. No, you don’t have to. The coated part is just like the normal part. You can use it naturally.
Q. Does it have no chalk dust?
A. Of course, it has some. However, the chalk dust does not blow away due to the characteristics of carbonated chalk and our special technology. Most of the chalk dust falls to the ground.
Q. Are those chalks delivered safely?
A. Yes, We really care about the packing, and chalks are inserted into styrofoam slots one by one to avoid breakage.
Q. Is this exactly the same with the Japanese HAGOROMO one?
A. Yes. Now, it is a Korean HAGOROMO. All of technics are transferred to our company from the original HAGOROMO producer. With a good relationship with the original Japanese producer, we had got every production line from Japan. So it is exactly the same quality with the original HAGOROMO.
