Nimome is made of Jeju produced mandarin orange peel and has the unique scent of Jeju mandarin oranges.

It is produced in the process of washing mandarins as the peel and flesh are separated before the peel is dried and fermented with rice before being ripened at a low temperature below 10-degrees Celsius.

The sweet and fresh scent of mandarin oranges run through the mouth pleasantly.
