The vessel used to distill soju is called a Sojugori or Gojori, but in Jeju language it is called ‘Gosori’.
Gosorisul is Jeju local soju distilled from Omegisul made of rice, millet, and malt and using gosori earthenware.
It was greatly enjoyed by our Jeju ancestors.
