1. ATS series, regarding to ultimate pressure existing single stage rotary vane vacuum pumps are 5X10-¹ but ATS series are 5X10-2. So ATS series are very excellent ultimate pressure and cover variety industrial from required air pressure to middle vacuum pressure.
2. With Innovative inner oil circulating system only ATS, ATS series have feature oil returning & recovery and different oil circulating system compared with existing pumps. It can be low exothermic reaction in pumps. Especially, the design which can store oil in pump by two times compared with existing pumps can be low exothermic reaction of pumps and make looser oil discoloration. Also, it makes low noise and vibration of pumps.
3. With Anti suck-back valve, when sudden pump stops, vacuum chamber can be protected by oil contamination.
4. The oil gauge, oil inlet and oil outlet are located in same side for easier maintenance.
5.With Internal oil mist trap, it prevent pollution of pump and it can be long span of filter of oil mist trap.
