Features
Recycled Polyester Fiber is a slender and greatly elongated solid substance made from recyclable material. Our advanced technical line enables to produce polyester staple fiber with satisfactory quality from PET flakes or mixture of flake with fiber and even other PET film wastes. Recycled Polyester Fiber is being good material for carpets, fabric, geo-textile, and etc.
SOLID FIBER (SILICONIZED & NON-SILICONIZED)
Solid Polyester Staple Fiber is a general purpose of material widely used in many industrial fields. Due to its own characteristics such as durability, quick drying, less wrinkling and less fading, it is used for diverse textile industries, such as carpet, non-woven, and filter products.
Solid PSF has different denier from 3D to 15D and a range of colored fibers can be produced to meet exact customer specifications.
HOLLOW FIBER (SILICONIZED & NON-SILICONIZED)
Since main characteristic of Hollow Type Fiber is 30% lighter comparing to other types of fiber with the same volume, it is used for weight and noise improvement. It also has excellent bulk characteristics, thermal and sound-absorbing power, therefore it is applied for padding and cushion products.
