Primary polyurethane cleaner

Primary polyurethane cleaner is installed on the surface of discharge pulley, with scraper pressing the belt at certain angle and pressure. As the first stage of multistage cleaning system, the primary polyurethane cleaner can clear away most of the sticky material on the belt, only a layer of sticky power left. Unique design of this kind of belt cleaner can provide simple installation and maintenance and low cost, prolonging belt service life.

l The scraper is made of polyurethane, especially for belt cleaners. The excellent abrasive resistance can ensure longer service life.

l The scraper is solid and one-piece, with the special design of cambered surface, and it can press pulleys more closely;

   the pressure can be optimized by adjusting nuts, which can be operated   

   conveniently and repeatedly; 

Simple and rapid to replace scrapers, just remove the bolt of one side and then fit the new scraper, which only takes a few minutes.
