This line produces sheet and board with single or multi-layers on-line from resin raw materials feeding to stacking. Main units in this line are T-Die and Forming, Polishing roll units they are prepared through our high technology, know-how accumulated over 25 year experiences and discussion with our close end-users to solve and improve their troubles continuously.

Sheet M.f.g line using ABS, PET, PETG, PE, PC, PS, PP, PMMA, Etc produces the high quality of single layer sheet on-line as well as multi-layer sheet for improving its properties and application. Main usage of this thin sheet is containers for food, beverage, liquids, hard board, stationery, industrial, Etc.

Board M.f.g line using raw materials, such as Resins (e.g: PE, PP, PET, PC, ABS, PVC, PMMA, Etc), Metal sheet (e.g: Steel plate, Al sheet), Saw dust, Fabric dust, Inorganic fillers, Etc.
