Product Introduction:
A 2-part Multi-purpose durable repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing. This is fully machinable using conventional tools. This product will be applied and cure at room temperature.
Application
1) Repair of cracks and holes on engine and pump casings, pipes, tanks and other equipment
Instruction for use
1) Workable
Condition
- Temperature: between 5 to 40 Degrees C
- Relative humidity: Below 85%
- Without rain or snow
2) Surface Preparation
- Accordance with SSPC-SP10 or SIS-Sa 2 1/2 for New Building
- Accordance with SSPC-SP3 or SIS-Sat 3 for Recoating
- Brush away any contamination and clean the surface of the substrate with
KHM-129 or equivalent thinner.
- Roughen surface by blast cleaning or grinding with power tools.

Volume - 3 (Base) : 1 (Hardener)
Weight - 5 (Base) : 1 (Hardener)
4) Applying
Tools: Scrapper, Plastic Applicator, Spatula, Brush
A) Apply the AM-A-5111 directly on the prepared surface with the brush or the
plastic applicator or Spatula provided.
B) When the pipe is exposed outside, apply additional finish such as AM-C-U or
the equivalent over it.
C) Wait to dry keeping it away from rain, dust for its curing time.

Chemical Resistance
Good chemical resistance performance against several acids such as Hydrochloric acid at 10%, Sulfuric acid at 10%, Phosphoric acid at 10% and alkalis such as Ammonia, Sodium hydroxide etc. But the concentration and temperature of the chemical must be considered in advance
