PRIMER COATING → MID COATING → MARBLE COATING → TOP COATING

1. The flame flow from the bottom of the pot following anti-heat bump and reach to the inside of the pot.
2. The heat(Approx. 450°C) generated from the gas oven top will reach to the inside of the pot directly. And, the foods are cooked at the temperature between 250 and 300°C.
   *Conevntional pots are using indirect heat and the thermal efficiency is 30~40% only but, this direct flame pot has Max. 65% thermal efficiency.
3. Enhancing the performance of conventional grills, this product induces the heat through the holes and the heat cooks foods preventing them getting burnt.
4. Direct flame pot cooks foods using high temperature heat and you can roast surfaces of meats & fishes. And naturrally the moisture inside the foods does not easily get out of the foods and the foods become crispy & juicy.
5. You could cook barbeque, conduct boiling and make soups easily. Even you could cook foods without water using this pot.
6. The high temperature heat burns fats of foods and the odor of the foods are eliminated. (The fats are burnt between120℃ and 150°C.)
7. Hiring a transparent tempered glass lid, you could watch the cooking process carefully.
