LABEL-STIFREE (RSF-100)

Label.StiFree (RSF-100) is paint made with silicone from environment-friendly resin as a main material to prevent sticking.
Since it has properties of excellent oil repellency and high surface tension, it forms a fi lm coating with excellent stickingpreventive properties, and accordingly materials can be removed easily and clearly. Therefore it is a paint for the exclusive use on streets, helping maintain a clean environment and nice appearance of the streets.

Use

This is a paint with the exclusive use of preventing the sticking of illegal advertisement stickers where the paint is applied. Such stickers defile the appearance of the street with advertisement matters along outdoor structures made with concrete, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as on electric switch boxes, electric poles, traffi c signal control boxes, signals, advertisement boards, street peddling shops, poles for street lighting, bus stop facilities, and other facilities.

How to Use

Surface Treatment

1. Remove foreign materials completely such as dust, oils and stickers on the surface to be coated.
2. For concrete or cement mortar, paint only after sufficient curing.

Optimal weather conditions for work

1. Atmospheric temperature : 5~35°C
2. Relative humidity : below 85%

Suggestions Upon Use

1. Use only after sufficient mixing by observing the designated mixing ratio.
2. For the mixed paint, use it within the recommended time (8 hours based on 25°C).
3. Keep the product in a dry, cool, and dark place at a normal temperature (5-35°C), avoiding exposure to fire or direct sunlight. Be sure to seal the container, and also keep it with the injection hole standing upright. Keep all remaining paint for future use according to the same recommendations mentioned above.
4. Sine it may not exhibit normal properties during rainfall, high humidity (above 85%), or low temperatures (below 5°C), avoid painting under these conditions (cracked film and poor sticking may occur).
5. Do not use this product mixed with other paints.
6. Since it is a dual liquid paint, a gelling phenomenon (hardening) occurs when the usable time is over after mixing of A type and B type, making it impossible to use. Therefore, use it by mixing only the required quantity for the task at hand.
7. When painting work is finished, wash the exposed skin thoroughly.
8. Dispose waste through proper waste disposal firms designated by the Ministry of Environment.

Warning

1. Keep out of reach of children. Since the contents may cause health problems such as headaches, dizziness, and dermatitis, be careful not to ingest or inhale, and avoid skin contact.
2. Due to fire hazards, never store or use the product near an open flame.
3. Do not paint near infants and small children, or food.
4. Never paint in an area without proper ventilation.
5. Wear necessary protection devices such as a gas mask, safety glasses, and safety gloves in order to avoid inhalation or skin contact while handling the product.
6. Upon ingestion or skin contact, take immediate action in accordance with the warning label on the side of the can implemented by the Industrial Safety and Health Act. If there is any unusual pain or any changes in the skin, immediately consult a medical specialist.
