1. K-Chamotte, a basic Refractory Material, is manufactured from Kaolin which is abundantly available in Kyongsang Namdo Province of Korea.

2. K-Chamotte has high Quality and excellent Uniformity because it is processed through fine grinding and dearing Auger machine before being sintered.

3. K-Chamotte is most suitable for Fire Bricks, Refractory Castables and Refractory Mortars because it, sintered at high temperature, has high Density and Thermal Stability.

4. Three types of K-Chamotte are supplied according to Refractoriness, with a diameter of either 10mm or 17mm.

5. Especially, KA 1400 has very good Spalling Resistance, because of its high porosity.

â KD Chamotte

Product Description

1. KD-Chamotte has excellent Insulating Effects at high temperature because of its high Refractoriness and of high Porosity which is achieved by letting crystallization water of Halloysite evaporate during calcination.

2. KD-Chamotte is very good for Insulating Fire Bricks and Light Weight Castable at high temperature and also good for a Ceramic Filter Agent, because of its high porosity and good Adsorption.

3. KD-Chamotte is supplied in two types. Clinker and Crushed type.

â C - Chamotte

Product Description

1. C-Chamotte is mainly composed of Cordierite which has lower thermal
expansion. It has good Spalling Resistance under rapid heating and cooling
process.

2. C-Chamotte has high Refractoriness Under Load even though its refractoriness is comparatively lower (SK16). It is used for Sagger of Chinaware and Electronic ceramics and also is used for Fire Bricks and Stonewares which require high Spalling Resistance.
