Dear Partner,.
I am the co-founder of Made for Sirens Cosmetics, a new premium brand based in Denmark.
We are currently looking for a high-end manufacturing partner who specializes in handmade quality and advanced nail art for press on nails.
Perhaps you align with our vision of bringing "Salon Quality at Home" to the European market?.
Our Concept & Requirements:.
We are launching three distinct lines, and for our categories, we require 12 specific sample designs (1 set of each - these 12 specific nails have been attached ind the pdf) that showcase your absolute best craftsmanship:.
1) Handmade Quality: We are only interested in handmade/hand-painted finishes that provide the thickness and durability of a real salon gel manicures.
2) 3D Art & Special Effects: For one of our lines, we need samples featuring 3D elements, Chrome finishes, and intricate hand-painted art.
3) Custom Sizing: A key pillar of our brand is moving away from "one size fits all.
" We need these samples to be produced in specific sizes to fit my hand.
Compliance & Certifications:.
As we are importing to the EU, we require our partner to meet strict safety and quality standards.
Please confirm if you can provide documentation for the following:.
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) & ISO 22716certification.
• Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all components (nails and adhesive).
• Confirmation that all products are Vegan and Cruelty-Free.
• Are your products ready for CPNP (Cosmetic Product Notification Portal) registration in the EU?.
Initial Inquiry:.
• Samples: What is the cost for 12 custom-sized, handmade sample sets?.
• MOQ: What is your Minimum Order Quantity for handmadecustom designs (OEM)? We will maximum start with buying 300.
• Production: Do you offer custom packaging/private label services that meet EU labeling requirements?.
