HAEGIN is a mobile game company founded in 2017 by CEO Young-il Lee, the co-founder of Com2uS. Starting with Homerun Clash, HAEGIN has been introducing high quality casual games of various genres in the global market that everybody can enjoy, including OVERDOX, Extreme Golf, Play Together, Super Baseball League, and Demian Saga. HAEGIN's major titles are heavily weighted towards the global market with over 90% of both traffic and revenue being generated overseas. Among all serviced titles, one sticks out in particular. Play Together, HAEGIN's representative title, is a mobile casual social game that reached 170 million cumulative downloads and 4 million daily active users since its launch in April 2021. The game's potential is being recognized in the global market, as can be seen through the milestones it has achieved: reaching No.1 ranking in both the Apple App Store and Google Play in Taiwan and Vietnam, winning the "Best Korean Metaverse Game" award at the Sensor Tower 2021 APAC Awards, and playing a key role in assisting the CEO to win the presidential award at the “2022 Korea Content Awards”. At its beginning, HAEGIN has attracted over 8 billion KRW from a group of companies such as Tencent, Bon Angels, Netmarble-Kona Fund, Devsisters, and Storm Ventrues. In 2022, based on its continuous success in the global market, HAEGIN has managed to raise over 150 billion KRW in a series B investment where major players such as Kakao Games, Neptune, KDB Bank, Netmarble, Netease, Lotte Ventures, VNG, SK Square and SK Telecom participated.
