Liquid Mineral Supplements for Animals

1. Laying hens

l  Currently, sales of E-MAX are rapidly increasing in overseas countries such as China, Argentina, Thailand, Vietnam, etc. In particular, corporate farms breeding 5 million or 10 million laying hens in China are amazed by its remarkable effects.

l  It is widely used in broiler breeders, laying breeders, and laying hen farms in Korea.

l  Especially in breeders, the fertility rate and hatching rate are significant as they directly affect productivity.

l  Increasing the hatching rate of chicks can be confirmed after 6 weeks of E-MAX feeding in breeders with low fertility and hatching rates.

l  Large laying hen farms in Korea raise over 1 million laying hens.

l  As a result of feeding E-MAX to large laying hens farms, the egg production rate is frequently maintained at 90% or more even at 60 weeks old.

l  Large-scale laying hen farms in Korea raise laying chicks themselves for egg production, and they feed E-MAX starting from laying chicks due to its proven benefits.

l  Feeding E-MAX to laying hens significantly reduces the number of dead per day.

l  While the basic mortality of laying hens per day is usually 1 to 2 per 10,000 laying hens, farms feeding E-MAX maintain an impressively low level of 0.5 per 10,000 laying hens per day.

l  Laying hens begin laying eggs at 18 to 20 weeks old and produce until 100 weeks old for maximum.

l  However, after 60 weeks old, the eggshell is rapidly weakening, and its commercial value declines.

l  Feeding E-MAX helps maintain firm eggshells for a longer duration.

l  With E-MAX, the egg production rate remains at least 3% higher than the previous year's rate as chickens age.

l  Additionally, significant improvements are observed in the strength of the eggshell and the elasticity of the egg yolk and whites.

l  The enhanced quality of egg yolks and whites contributes to an extended shelf life of eggs.

l  Feeding E-MAX makes eggs with no fishy smell, and the savory taste is greatly improved.

l  E-MAX can generate additional benefits that are at least 5 to 8 times its cost.

l  All of these effects are because E-MAX increased immunity by explosively increasing intestinal microorganisms that help digestion, and water-soluble minerals with a high absorption rate supply enough trace elements necessary for metabolism in the body.

2. Pigs

l  Feeding young piglets with E-MAX results in shiny bristles and increased feed intake after 1 to 2 weeks. Their bowel movements also remain healthy.

l  Feeding E-MAX to all pigs on the farm using E-MAX automatic feeders is recommended.

l  As mentioned above, sows giving birth 5 to 6 months after E-MAX was fed to the entire farm experienced an average increase in litter size of more than 2 piglets.

l  Sows' milk is improved and mortality during lactation is reduced. After weaning, the mortality rate is markedly reduced until shipment.

l  Farms with a normal mortality rate of 8% see it drop to about 3% after 5 to 6 months of feeding E-MAX. In particular, there are almost no runt pigs until shipment, reducing the loss.

l  The mortality rate above is the difference between the Piglets weaned per Sow per month and the Marketed pigs per Sow per month.

l  E-MAX greatly improves the digestibility of corn in pig feed, advancing the Ages at Market by at least 7-14 days.

l  Although various factors affect the Ages at Market such as the degree of disease in the farm, breeding environment, and feed, E-MAX has been proven to shorten it by more than 7 days on average.

l  In China, many are saying that the shipment of pigs is faster by about 15 days.

l  The most important things in a pig farm are:

First, sows must produce many offspring

Second, the mortality rate and the runt pigs must be reduced from weaning to shipment.

Third, as feed constitutes the largest cost in the livestock industry, shortening the Ages at Market can help reduce feed costs.

l  These three aspects are crucial and easily attainable by feeding E-MAX.

l  In Korea, pig farms purchasing E-MAX range from raising 3,000 to 100,000 pigs.

There are many farms where PED frequently occurs, farms with severe Salmonella,
and serious PRRS infections, resulting in more than 20% of deaths after weaning.

l  Farms with severe diseases can be stabilized by feeding E-MAX for about a year.

l  It is recommended to feed E-MAX the entire pig farm. If not possible, feed it for
at least 6 weeks after weaning to become 70 days old.

l  Following this feeding period, large farms witness improvements in mortality rates,
feed intake, and the odor within the pig house.

3. Broilers

l  Improve air quality in broiler farms by reducing harmful gases

l  Reduce the odor and moisture of feces

l  Increase feed digestibility and decrease the FCR

l  Improve digestibility

l  Increase the shipment weight

l  Decrease the mortality rate

4. Cows

l  Decrease the number of somatic cells

l  Shorten milking time

l  Increase the average milk yield

l  Estrus becomes stronger
