Product Information

Monomer building materials combustion equipment is used to determine the construction materials or products (not including floor materials and the EC resolution of 2000/147 / EC (it and pointed out that the products) in the monomer (SBI) combustion test fire response performance of the size of test device. Application:


This instrument belongs to the building combustion performance grading test instrument. It can be used to assess the grade of building materials.

Principles:


Consisting of two right angles to the vertical wing exposed to the bottom of the right Angle of the samples produced by the main burner flame, the flame is produced by propane gas combustion, propane gas through the sand box of burner and produce (30.7 + 2.0) kW heat output. The combustion performance of the sample was evaluated by the test process of 20min. Performance parameters include: heat release, smoke production, flame propagation and combustion of particulate matter.

Main functions and features:


1, the computer data acquisition system can automatically record the oxygen concentration, concentration of carbon dioxide, smoke density, flue temperature, environment temperature and humidity (data collection interval 3 s), can be automatically calculated the heat release quantity, THR600s, gas production rate index and smoke production rate;

2. The combustion chamber shall be installed with a screw fixing cabinet, which can be disassembled; The thermal insulation exhaust duct, the insulation gas cover and the thermal collector adopt double layer insulation function to ensure the accuracy of data collection.

3. The combustion control system adopts the gas solenoid valve to ensure the safety of the equipment;

Electronic hardware:


The control core adopts imported omron PLC and temperature expansion module to reduce interference and improve stability.

The output terminal adopts the new solid-state contactless switch device of schneider, with high reliability, low noise and fast switching speed.

The data interface adopts rs-232 standard serial port communication, stable data, high reliability and easy to use.

Test process safety: the combustion control system adopts the gas solenoid valve, and the igniter adopts the automatic ignition method.

Software part:


Friendly software interface, easy to operate.

The software control system includes automatic control and manual control.

Automatic control mode can run automatic control equipment, automatic detection, automatic data collection, automatic display test curve, completion test, at the same time also can automatically generate test results, the automatic generation of test report, etc.
