Product Information
The main function of the excavator overflow valve is to control the flow of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system to prevent damage to the hydraulic system due to overload. When the pressure in the hydraulic system exceeds the set value, the overflow valve will open and release excess hydraulic oil, thereby reducing the system pressure and protecting the hydraulic system from overload damage.
The working principle of the overflow valve is based on pressure regulation and fluid mechanics. When the pressure in the hydraulic system reaches the set maximum value, the valve core inside the overflow valve is pushed to open the valve, allowing excess hydraulic oil to flow out of the valve, thereby reducing the system pressure. Once the pressure drops to a safe range, the valve core closes to stop the overflow of hydraulic oil.
